What shipping methods are available?
· Self pick-up at the roastery or same-day delivery booked by buyer 
· Nationwide logistics couriers such as GoGo Xpress and J&T

How long will it take for me to receive my package?
· Metro Manila - 2 to 5 days
· Outside Metro Manila - 5 to 14 days

What payment methods are available?
With PayMongo as our official partner for online transactions, customers can easily pay via BPI, GCash, GrabPay, or Maya.

For other payment methods, we also accept BDO Online Transfer with proof of payment sent through our e-mail (auroracoffeeroastersph@gmail.com) or Instagram DM (@auroracoffeeroastersph).

Do you have a store where I can go to?
Currently, we don't have a store yet. All transactions are made online.


COFFEE

Are your beans freshly roasted?
Yes, the beans for sale are either fresh roasts or peak roasts for their best flavor enjoyment. We recommend brewing them after 10-14 days of roasting date.

May I request for ground coffee beans?
Yes, we can grind the purchased beans according to the equipment used (e.g. pour over, aeropress). While for espresso, we cannot grind the beans for you as different espresso machines have their own grind size requirements.

Our recommendation is to grind the beans upon brewing to maintain the coffee's freshness.

Are there other packages that Aurora offers?
