My favorite bean from Aurora. The strongest note is a black cherry that almost borders on olive. This bean is not for everyone, but it's great for certain taste profiles.

First time to try this roaster and bought this variant. Pleasantly surprised with the quality - pulled nicely and 25 secs, dialed in at 19 grams, the crema is magnificent - and the taste profile is amazing. Although pricier than most coffee available locally (550 + shipping for only 200 grams) - worth every peso. Buy it! It will not disappoint.
