Aurora's Vietnam Dalat, I liked a lot. And not only is this blend delicious, it is also quite forgiving; you can make a mistake on grind setting, water temperature, pressure, flow rate, or other factors, and the shot will still taste good. Can’t say the same for beans from other roasters; slight mistake and your shot will go sour/bitter. I still try other beans, but this has become my staple, my daily driver, my home base—a VD that deserves to go viral!
