Amazing Flavors, Great Crema

First time to try this roaster and bought this variant. Pleasantly surprised with the quality - pulled nicely and 25 secs, dialed in at 19 grams, the crema is magnificent - and the taste profile is amazing. Although pricier than most coffee available locally (550 + shipping for only 200 grams) - worth every peso. Buy it! It will not disappoint.

Roast consistency and quality are superb!

Brazil Fazenda Rainha: I filter brewed this coffee on a V60 and it turned out great even if the package said “recommended for espresso”. Grinder set to medium-fine, 97°C water, 16:1 ratio … excellent results.

Really good coffee

I do not have fancy equipment just pour over method. And I love how elevated my morning coffee is. I look forward to morning coffee hehe. Great service too!
